Joined as ADO, ZP, Palghar on 01/09/2014 . He started the Office of Agri Development Officer ZP Palghar.He was the Single Person to run the Office upto 31-03-2015 Because of Previous administrative experience and guidance from the C.E.O & Add. C.E.O. ,though alone ,he left no stone unturned to get class -3 & 4 posts sanctioned from govt. During this period be got added the Palghar Dist in the website for Agri. Inputs online License from NIC.
In 15-16 with the help of field staff and 1-2 personal in office he continued his efforts for implementing Agri. Dev. Schemes in the district effectively. He realized the need of mechanization in farming in the dist and introduced the schemes like paddy transplanter to SHGs.
With the help of very limited staff in the office with effective time management skills he has been able to implement all the schemes of the dept. in 16-17 as well.
In future under guidance & constant support from Hon. C.E.O. MADAM & Add. C.E.O. Sir his team is aiming for establishing implement banks in villages for SHGs and cluster mogra plantation etc.

Mrs. Geeta Patil. Geeta Patil working as an Anganwadi Sevika since 2008 in Ekta Nagar, Taluka Wada. A stipulated role of an anganwadi sevika is to provide shelter, food and basic healthcare guidance to children and lactating mothers at Anganwadi centre. But, Mrs. Geeta Patil went an extra mile and contributed to “Swachh Bharat Mission”. Mrs Geeta understood the importance of having an ODF and clean village. So, she took up the challenge to bring about a social change and inspired people to build toilets. She communicated her message to the people in every Gramsabha and Monthly meetings. Some of the beneficiaries of her cleanliness campaign include Kashinath Wani, Vinesh Tare, Vilas Lokhnade etc. She become a campaigner for Swachh Bharat Mission even though it was not under job profile. Taking inspiration from her, let us all take a resolution to make an ODF and prosperous India

Leprosy Case Detection Campaign (LCDC) is an unique initiative under the National Leprosy Control Programme
The objective of the campaign is the early detection of leprosy in affected persons so that they can be saved from physical disability and deformity by providing them timely treatment and thus also halting the transmission of disease at the community level.
I have put all my efforts to identify Manpower for such huge task by conducting awareness seminar in colleges and schools. 2. Also conducted 11 meetings at various level to streamline the issues 3. Special awareness seminar in nursing school and colleges
The Leprosy Case Detection Campaign (LCDC) was launched on 19 th September 2016 across entire palghar district to cover of 2998090 population. As part of the campaign, each and every member of the targeted population will be examined by the search team constituted of one male and one female volunteer at household level. House to house visits was done by the search team as per the micro plan prepared for the local area to detect hidden and undetected leprosy cases .For this purpose, 1713 teams comprising of one lady ASHA worker and one male volunteer each had visited every house in their allotted area and screen all the family members for leprosy. Total 599618 no of houses had been screened in 14 days and identified 6520 suspected cases. Out of 6520 suspected cases 513 diagnosed as a leprosy cases. All the diagnosed cases for leprosy have been started treatment.
Strategies which help us to achieve the highest performance in the state
Palghar district is newly formed tribal district with population 2998090with 4 council and one corporation having 46 primary health centers. Plaghar district has highest prevalence rate in leprosy in the state.
Formation of a Steering committee under chairmanship of Hon.Chief Executive officer,Mrs.Nidhichoudhari and other members form ICDS, education department.
Under the guidance and supervision of Hon. Chairmen following strategies implemented
1. Scheduled meetings of various committees formed at each level i.e. district level, Blocklevel and phc level to plan & implement the LCDC in effective manner
2. Focused training of all health functionaries from District to Village level
3. Training of NSS students and other male volunteers from different schools
4. House to house visits by team encompassing one Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) and male volunteer i.e. Field Level Worker (FLW), as per micro - plans prepared for local areas.
5. Intensive IEC activities, through miking& display of banners /posters, rally with the help of school children during and before the LCDC.
6. Also display of banners /posters at all major public locations like railway stations and bus stop
7. Supervision of house to house search activities through identified field supervisors.
8. Scheduled meetings with community leaders/ZP/panchayat representatives to increase their community participation and resolve any local issue came across during the campaign.
9. Systematic collection and compilation of reports from Field teams and supervisors through formats designed for the purpose.

Umesh Madhav Khirade is a teacher in Zilla Parishad School Ujjaini-Wada Taluka. In our target to make Palghar district ODF, Mr. Umesh has contributed in a significant way by making the village Ujjaini Open Defecation free. He used the medium of street play to explain the evils of open defecation to the community. With the help of Mrs. Urmila Khirade and Mrs. Vrushali Gaykar, the street play was organized at different places in Palghar.
